The noise levels were unbearable, with no soundproofing in the place. The inconsistent AC made some areas freezing while others were stuffy. It was just frustrating trying to relax with all the disturbances and discomfort everywhere.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city center and all the fun attractions. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed, including efficient room service and a nice variety of amenities. Plus, those views from our room were amazing!

We highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable escape.

A great selection of goodies for breakfast...

Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was reasonably spacious. The atmosphere created was quiet. Great staff and the location was marvellous. I had great days staying at this hip new hotel.

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the location, as it was conveniently near everything I needed, including shopping and dining. The apartment was spacious, boasting two large bathrooms and a separate toilet, which added to my comfort. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially at the reception; their professionalism enhanced my experience. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect, making it a pleasant environment.

Loved spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. The staff was friendly and excellent co-operating, as for 4-stars venue. My room included satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. City view was a pleasant bonus.

I recently stayed at a hotel with an amazing central location near the city center mall, which made it super easy to explore. The rooms are quite spacious, with a nice indoor pool to relax in after a day out. I also really appreciated the staff - they were friendly and helpful, especially one receptionist who greeted me with a warm smile!

My experience wasn’t all sunshine. There was zero assistance with my bags upon arrival, and the bathroom situation was awkward. I had a closed living room bathroom, and there was a ridiculous lack of options for food—room service was slow and left me waiting way too long. On top of that, the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Definitely needs some improvements!

The check-out took ages, and they refused to bring enough blankets for my kids, even though we were a family of four. Not what I expected at all!

I checked into a suite that was just dusty and unclean—it felt neglected. The housekeeping couldn’t even manage to clean properly after multiple requests.

Professional and welcoming staff, really good service from management, elegant and comfortable rooms, amazing views, easily accessible facilities, great gym with new equipment.

the indoor playground and water-splash pools kept the kids entertained for hours while the Lebanese restaurant's courteous waiters made dining a delight. the central location made exploring a breeze, and the friendly staff, especially Mrs Kauwtar at reception, added a personal touch to our experience. the modern amenities in tastefully decorated rooms and impeccable service from the office manager, Mohamed Khafagy, truly made our stay memorable. A definite recommendation for an EXCEPTIONAL getaway!

Spacious Suites with a Great Location

the breathtaking view from the 28th floor truly enhanced my experience, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. there were several cleanliness issues, particularly with the dusty room and unclean windows, which detracted from what could have been a perfect getaway.

The hotel was located next to local attractions and the city center mall. The staff was amicable and the best with every request. The property was in an unbeatable location, near everything. We loved the European cuisine in the restaurant.
